"I have had State Farm for a few years now and haven't needed to make a claim until my boat got damaged in the tornado that ripped through my town recently. At first I was slightly intimidated by the process having never needing to do it till recently, but Kerrie in the centerton office was able to walk me through the basics of my policy and was able to direct me to the proper channels to file a claim. She was able to turn a intimidating process into a simple procedure. Though the office doesn't process claims directly (that's a headquarters thing) she was able to answer all of my questions about the process in a friendly and professional manner. I am so glad I have State Farm, you know how the saying goes; better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. I want to give a big Thank you to the centerton office and Kerrie for answering my questions and guiding me through the process to file my claim. I understand the headquarters is flooded with claims right now, but I can rest easy knowing State farm is there for me."

"I have to be completely honest. I usually love State Farm. I have been with them since I started driving. Even kept them when I moved from FL to AR. However, I’ve had more issues here in Centerton than I ever have before. We’ve called numerous times to fix issues with my policy, from not having my last name updated to them dropping my multi car discount only off my policy but not my husbands, with no notice. I didn’t get an email or anything. I had to check back through the document center on the website to find why my policy went up again after renewing for the next 6 months. Despite calling few times nothing ever seems to be updated or fixed. I know it’s not customer services fault, they are very kind, but I feel it’s gone on too long without any resolution. Every time we call it’s either still not updated or no recollection of some part of the previous call so we have to start over from square one. Just overall very upset."
